A child makes something with their own hands. They carry it through Miami Beach at night. And they become part of a larger artwork created by the city around them.
Schools across the island community will be invited to participate — through art classes, classroom projects, after-school programs, family workshops and school lantern teams.
Art teachers can shape the work. Parents can help build it. School communities can walk the route together, behind a banner of their own light.
