Self-powered · No event electrical supply
No flames — LED lights only. Lanterns must be self-powered. There will be no electrical connections available for parade lanterns or mobile illuminated creations.
This includes handheld and wearable lanterns, costumes, carts, wagons and floats. Use battery-powered LED lights and bring spare batteries.
